When we get nervous we make excuses. Does this sound familiar? \u201cI could never look like those women\u201d, \u201cI don\u2019t have the time right now\u201d, \u201cI need to loose weight first\u201d, \u201cI don\u2019t have the money right now\u201d. We hear this all the time and these statements are so disempowering, which is not the vibe around here! If these are your thoughts, then it is the perfect time for a boudoir photoshoot. The truth is, we\u2019ll always be busy, the timing may not ever feel right, it may feel outside your comfort zone to invest in yourself, but when you push through these obstacles, the other side is so beautiful! Sometimes we need to rest and focus on filling our cup up first, before we do so for others. Easier said than done right? You bet! As a society there\u2019s so much pressure put on women to be the best mothers, wives, friends, employee, boss, etc., and that pressure can cause us to put ourselves last. But I\u2019m here to tell you that isn\u2019t the case around here! When you decide to give yourself a break, focus on your priorities, focus on loving yourself, you\u2019ll be of greater service to others (and you, boo). Sometimes we need to MAKE room for ourselves. Say no to others and yes to ourselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, a full boudoir experience is an investment. However, I can speak from personal experience and through the feedback I receive from clients, is that it\u2019s one of the best investments you can make in yourself if self-confidence is one of your goals. This isn\u2019t just an experience you enjoy on the day of, you get to treasure these portraits for a lifetime, and every time you pull out that album or walk past your beautifully designed wall art you will feel that confidence, for many years to come. This is an investment that keeps on giving! My favorite portrait of myself I printed large, and I put it front and center in my bathroom to look at and I captured that moment during a time in my life when I was transitioning and becoming a different version of myself. I was on my own self-love journey and celebrated myself with a glamour and boudoir session. Now, every time I see that portrait of myself I\u2019m reminded of my strength, courage, and ability to love myself despite everything I\u2019ve been through. It\u2019s my most prized possession. This is what I want for you too! To create a portrait of yourself you\u2019re obsessed with, that tells your own story of self-love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
